Peskov Reveals Conditions for Putin and Zelensky Meeting

Russian President Vladimir Putin can only meet with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky if a specific written document is prepared between the two countries. This opinion was expressed by the Press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, during a broadcast on Russia-1.

“In order for the presidents to meet, it is necessary for a document to be formed in the work of both delegations, not just ideas, but a clear written document. Only then will the time come for such a meeting,” Peskov stated.
