New Announcement from Gazprom Regarding the Damaged Gas Pipeline in Goris-Kapan-Kajaran

Gazprom Armenia LLC announces that the emergency restoration work on the damaged section of the Goris-Kapan-Kajaran gas pipeline, which was affected during road construction activities on April 2, was completed on April 3. Currently, gas release operations are being carried out.

It is noteworthy that on April 2, the main gas pipeline in the Goris-Kapan-Kajaran area was damaged over a distance of 13.5 kilometers during road construction activities.

To carry out the emergency restoration work, gas supply to the cities of Goris and Kapan in the Syunik province, as well as the settlements of the Goris and Kapan regions, and to the Republic of Artsakh, was suspended starting from 11:10 AM.
