Tragic Incident in Vayots Dzor Region: Young Man Dies Due to Violation of Workplace Safety Regulations

Today, on April 2, a tragic incident occurred in the Vayots Dzor region due to a violation of workplace safety regulations. At around 08:15, the Yeghegnadzor Medical Center alerted the police department in Yeghegnadzor that a citizen had been transported in extremely critical condition.

According to shamshyan.com, police discovered that at approximately 08:00 on the same day, in the area known as 'Experimental Field' on the Yerevan-Meghri highway section leading to the village of Malishka, a 23-year-old resident of Vayots Dzor, Karen A., while operating a MAZ brand crane, made a reverse maneuver and accidentally struck 26-year-old Arman H. from Vayots Dzor. Arman was transported to the 'Yeghegnadzor' Medical Center with critical injuries, where he later died without regaining consciousness.
