Italian Foreign Minister to Visit Armenia

Luigi Di Maio, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy, will be in Azerbaijan and Armenia on April 2 and 3. This was announced by the Italian Foreign Ministry.

During his visit to Yerevan, Di Maio is scheduled to meet with President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Speaker of the National Assembly Alen Simonyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan.

The purpose of the visit to Armenia is to review the state of bilateral relations and to reaffirm the commitment to the development of bilateral cooperation in all areas, according to a statement from the Italian Foreign Ministry.
