Does Putin Have Cancer? Peskov Responds to Journalist's Question

Reports suggesting that Russian President Vladimir Putin has thyroid cancer and has undergone surgery related to oncological diseases are not true. The corresponding news, which appeared in several media outlets, was denied by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov. This was reported by Alexei Venediktov, former editor-in-chief of Echo of Moscow, on his Telegram channel.

According to the journalist, the Kremlin representative called such statements "fabrications and lies." In response to the question, "Am I correct to understand that Vladimir Putin does not have cancer?" Peskov replied, "That is correct," Venediktov wrote.
