Aliyev's Assistant Comments on Landmine Maps Provided by Armenia

We have received the maps of minefields from the Republic of Armenia, but only 25 percent of them are accurate. This was stated by Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the President of Azerbaijan.

He noted that the pace of work depends on the demining process: "Azerbaijan spares no effort in this area. We believe that demining in wartime and post-war periods serves a humanitarian purpose."

Hajiyev emphasized that demining contributes to peace.
