SU-30SM Aircraft Have Not Left Armenia’s Borders Since Their Arrival: Pashinyan

The information that Armenia has provided four SU-30SM fighter jets to Russia for use in Ukraine is "outrageous misinformation," Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during a government meeting today. He emphasized that the SU-30SMs have not left the borders of Armenia since their arrival.

"Similarly, the false claim that mercenary terrorists are being transported through Armenia to Ukraine is presented as truth. Anyone somewhat informed knows that Armenia, which suffered from the involvement of mercenary terrorists in its own war two years ago, will never facilitate their involvement elsewhere; this is completely absurd information," Pashinyan remarked.

It is worth noting that the Azerbaijani TV channel "Haber Global," broadcasting from Turkey, published a report citing undisclosed sources from Turkish intelligence, alleging that Armenia has handed over four SU-30 jets to Russia for use in combat operations against Ukraine. The publication also made another claim, stating that Armenia is one of the main routes through which mercenaries are transported from Syria to Ukraine to fight for Russia.
