State Duma Condemns Azerbaijan's International Wanted Declaration Against Delyagin

Azerbaijan's decision to declare State Duma Deputy Mikhail Delyagin internationally wanted is described as nervous and erroneous. According to RIA Novosti, this was stated in a declaration by the Permanent Commission on International Relations of the State Duma.

"This step by Azerbaijan is nervous and erroneous. We call on the parties to exercise more restraint," the statement said.

It is worth noting that Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General's Office declared Delyagin internationally wanted after he claimed that Baku was opening a second front for the Russian side in Nagorno-Karabakh and called for the destruction of the Azerbaijani oil industry.
