Biden Urges American Companies to Increase Oil Production
U.S. President Joe Biden has urged American companies to ramp up oil production. According to UNIAN, he noted that high oil prices are "hitting Americans at the gas pump."
“I know how painful this is,” Biden remarked.
Earlier, he directly linked the rise in gas prices in the U.S. to the situation in Ukraine and referred to the increase in gas prices as the "Putin price hike" multiple times.
