“Because Both Sides Suffer Losses”: Arestovich on the Russia-Ukraine War

Russia has practically destroyed Ukraine's military industry. This was stated by Oleksiy Arestovich, advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, in a new video message.

“A great war, military aggression, and a peace treaty are always a compromise between the parties. Always. Because both sides suffer losses. And if you think we are not suffering, you are greatly mistaken... Russia has practically destroyed Ukraine's military industry and in many ways is finishing off the civilian one,” he assured.
