The Situation in Artsakh: Metakse Hakhobyan Provides Details
The reality is that we are tense, indeed tense and extremely tense. After the war, since November 9, the enemy states are clearly continuing their crimes. But this time they are not using wartime methods; rather, we are currently facing a hybrid war.
This was stated by Artsakh National Assembly member Metakse Hakhobyan during a discussion titled 'Artsakh: Struggle for Karaglkh'.
'They are using various means of pressure, provocations at the contact line, which at the same time are accompanied by shelling. It is very painful that we have casualties, we have numerous wounded, a complete ban on agricultural work, gas outages, and so on. It is true that gas has been restored, but Artsakh is currently in a situation where there is no joy at all.'
'Since November 9, Azerbaijan has probably violated every point in that agreement. The most important point, the return of prisoners, has not been fulfilled. Many seem to have already forgotten about it and do not raise any demands from Azerbaijan; I mean, of course, the authorities. There is a point in the agreement that even the ceasefire should not be violated, but Azerbaijan does this in the most shameless way, boldly and openly. Against this backdrop, the authorities of Artsakh and Armenia are trying to mislead the public,' Hakhobyan noted.
