National Hero or 'Criminal'? 'Hraparak'

'Hraparak' newspaper reports: 'When Andranik Piloyan was appointed Minister of Emergency Situations on November 20, 2020, after the war, we did not know that a year and a half later, a criminal case related to the Ministry would be under investigation, and the minister would be summoned for questioning. However, we wrote that it is unclear why a person who failed to protect the southern region during the war was promoted. Only a few soldiers from his unit managed to survive. In other words, we lost because of him and others like him. Yet, Nikol Pashinyan decided not only to appoint him as minister but also to award him the title of National Hero during the critical days of the war, on October 22.'
