France to Lift Restrictions on Tourist Visas for Russians

France will lift pandemic-related restrictions on issuing tourist visas to Russians starting April 1. This information was conveyed in a statement from the French Embassy in Russia.

The embassy noted that "obtaining a visa does not automatically grant entry into France." The statement also emphasized that "the issuance of a visa does not guarantee the possibility of immediate entry into the country, where restrictions at the border are still in effect."
