VIDEO: Moment of Russian Cruise Missile Strike on Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Building

A video has surfaced online showing the moment a Russian cruise missile approaches and strikes the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration building in Ukraine.

It is worth recalling that on the morning of February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the initiation of a special military operation for the demilitarization of Ukraine. In a televised address, he stated that the circumstances “require decisive and immediate action from us, as the republics of Donbas have appealed to Russia for help.”

According to the Russian leader, all responsibility for the bloodshed will lie on the conscience of the ruling regime in Ukraine. He called on Ukrainian military personnel to refuse to follow the criminal orders of the Ukrainian authorities, lay down their arms, and go home.
