Video: Mirzoyan Presents the Situation in Parukh to the Prime Minister of Georgia

On March 29, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.

The parties expressed satisfaction with the effective cooperation between Armenia and Georgia, emphasizing that the regular conduct of high-level meetings provides positive dynamics for further deepening collaboration between the two countries.

Ararat Mirzoyan stressed that strengthening mutual trust and ongoing dialogue between the two nations would contribute to regional security and stability. He also noted that further development of friendly relations with Georgia holds strategic importance for Armenia, as reflected in the Armenian Government's action plan for 2021-2026.

During the meeting, the continuity of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation was highlighted.

The head of Armenia's foreign political department also presented the situation created in the village of Parukh due to the armed forces of Azerbaijan's incursion. The need for steps to de-escalate tensions was emphasized.

The interlocutors also addressed other regional and international issues, underscoring the necessity of establishing stability and peace.
