U.S. Secretary of State Sees No Positive Developments in Russia-Ukraine Talks

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken does not see progress in negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. He made this statement during a joint press conference with the Moroccan foreign minister.

“Ukrainian partners themselves need to determine whether there is any change or progress. If Ukraine comes to the conclusion that there is a positive shift, then that is good,” Blinken said.

The head of the U.S. State Department also stated that if necessary, Washington is prepared to participate in the implementation of agreements concerning Ukraine's security issues between Moscow and Kyiv.
