Rudenko Redirects Inquiry on Troop Withdrawal in Artsakh to Baku
The question of the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops should be directed to Baku. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko to TASS on Tuesday.
“The Russian Foreign Ministry has made its statement expressing concern over the escalation of tensions in the Nagorno-Karabakh region,” Rudenko said.
