Nearly 200 Children, Women, and Elderly Evacuated from Khramort and Parukh: Artak Beglaryan

Various state bodies in Artsakh are working to address the issues arising from the current situation, announced Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan.

He mentioned that he visited the Khramort community and maintains communication with the heads of the regional administrations and relevant ministers, giving appropriate instructions.

"First, after organizing the evacuation of residents from Khramort and Parukh (around 200 children, women, and elderly), I have instructed the Minister of Social Development and Migration to promptly assess the needs of the evacuated families and provide necessary assistance. A certain volume of assistance in the form of food has already been provided, and additional resources will be mobilized in the near future. The International Committee of the Red Cross is also providing support in cooperation with the government, including financial assistance, and as needed, the government will provide financial aid to the evacuated individuals to help them overcome their urgent problems. It has been assigned to the authorized bodies to ensure temporary shelters for needy families evacuated from Khramort and Parukh based on the assessment of their needs, until the situation is stabilized and they can return to their homes. Efforts are also underway to properly organize the education of the evacuated children. The Ministry of Agriculture is taking measures to protect animals and ensure the supply of animal feed," stated Beglaryan.

The State Minister of Artsakh also informed that several works have been and are being carried out in other directions, including supporting the defense of the homeland, which relevant bodies will present in separate announcements.
