MP Tigran Abrahamyan from the opposition faction stated: «There is no significant movement in the directions of Azerbaijani units' infiltration, gunfire has sharply decreased, but there is no guarantee that the situation will not escalate again. Russia is engaged in intensive negotiations with Azerbaijan, aiming to return Azerbaijan to its initial positions. Despite the fact that the complex situation has a severe impact on Artsakh and our compatriots living there, this crisis has gone beyond the borders of Artsakh, and its consequences—regardless of the outcome of the negotiations—will have a significant effect on the realities established in the South Caucasus after the 44-day war».
