Armenian Wrestler Defeats Turkish Opponent Early to Reach Semifinals at European Wrestling Championships

Armenian wrestler Manvel Khndzertzian has continued his successful performances at the European Wrestling Championships being held in Hungary in the 57 kg weight category. The freestyle wrestler first secured a victory over Moldovan Anatoliy Buruyani with a score of 11-6, then decisively defeated Turkish Muhammet Karavus early in the match with a score of 14-4.

With this win, Manvel Khndzertzian has advanced to the semifinals, where he will compete against Vladimir Yegorov from North Macedonia.
