Biden Again Insults Russian President Putin

US President Joe Biden has once again hurled insults at Russian President Vladimir Putin, referring to him as a "butcher," according to RIA Novosti.

While visiting a camp for Ukrainian refugees near the Polish-Ukrainian border, a reporter asked the American leader what he thinks of Putin in light of recent events. Biden responded, "He is a butcher, that’s how I see him."
