Tiffany Stops Purchasing Diamonds from Russia

The American company Tiffany & Co has ceased both the purchase of diamonds from Russia and those of Russian origin. This was reported by Bloomberg.

“Tiffany has stopped purchasing all diamonds from Russia, as well as those of Russian origin, regardless of where they were cut and processed,” the agency quoted the company’s statement.

However, Tiffany will continue to buy stones that were mined before the start of the Ukrainian conflict and which have been cut and processed by the company’s suppliers in other countries.
