Eduard Aghajanyan Sends Letter to OSCE

Chairman of the National Assembly's Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Eduard Aghajanyan has just sent a letter to the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Margareta Cederfelt, and the OSCE PA Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Kåre Henriksen.

This was announced by Aghajanyan on his Facebook page. In the letter, he described the recent actions of Azerbaijan's creeping war against Artsakh and the humanitarian crisis caused by the disruption of gas supply.

Aghajanyan drew the attention of international parliamentary partners to the fact that while Azerbaijan presents itself as a peacemaker in international forums, on the ground, it continues to subject the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to psychological, humanitarian, and military terror, aiming to completely ethnically cleanse Artsakh.

He emphasized the importance of a swift response from the international community to the situation created and the need to immediately restrain Azerbaijan, reaffirming Armenia's readiness to resume the process of peaceful, negotiated, and final resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict under the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group.
