Kivan Comments on Biden's Words Regarding Ukraine's Fate: 'They Have Washed Their Hands'

Ukrainian MP Ilya Kivan, who has been stripped of his parliamentary mandate, commented on U.S. President Joe Biden's remarks that Kyiv itself must decide whether to make territorial concessions. He stated that it has now become clear that the U.S. is 'washing its hands.'

Earlier, Biden, responding to a question during a press conference about whether he thinks Kyiv will have to cede some territory to achieve a ceasefire, said that this question 'is entirely up to Ukraine.'

Kivan wrote on his Telegram channel, 'It has become clear that America is 'washing its hands,' and Ukraine's fate is sealed.'

He also noted that Ukrainians must now think about their savings, which are in hryvnias. At the same time, Kivan warned Ukrainian citizens against purchasing U.S. dollars, stating that they 'will soon collapse and turn to paper.'
