Around 30,000 children in Artsakh are left without heating and hot water. This was stated by the Ombudsman of Artsakh, Gegham Stepanyan, on Twitter, highlighting the cause: “You might ask why? Because the leadership of Azerbaijan has deliberately halted the gas supply from Armenia to Artsakh. This is nothing but a crime against humanity.”
