Russia's Foreign Ministry Outlines Conditions for Normalizing relations with the US

The United States must cease its escalation of relations with Russia for any possibility of normalization, according to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov, as reported by RIA Novosti.

“The question is what the United States should do to save relations. They simply need to stop their escalation, both verbally and in terms of supplying weapons to the Kyiv regime. We must stop issuing threats. If at the same time they could have some positive influence on Kyiv, which I not only doubt but also believe will not happen, unfortunately, then there would generally be some prospects for normalizing relations,” Ryabkov stated.

“At the same time, due to the actions of the USA, we are seeing a trend of decline in our country's relations, which we perceive with sorrow, but this does not affect our determination to achieve the goals of the special military operation,” Ryabkov added.
