Is the Gas Terror Against Artsakh or Russian Peacekeepers? I Am Searching for the Answer - Marukyan

Edmon Marukyan, the President of the Enlightened Armenia party and special envoy, has addressed the issues of gas supply in Artsakh. He specifically wrote on his Facebook page:

“Is the gas terror against Artsakh or Russian peacekeepers? I have been searching for the answer to this question since yesterday, as there is once again no gas in Artsakh. This is humanitarian terrorism, and Azerbaijan is doing everything to complicate the lives of the people living in Artsakh. At first glance, it is expected that Azerbaijan is doing everything to infringe on the rights of the people of Artsakh. Well, hasn’t Azerbaijan also cut off the gas for the Russian peacekeepers who ensure security in Artsakh? What does Azerbaijan want from Russia, and does the fact that Russia is involved in military operations give Azerbaijan the opportunity to provoke provocations here?

The international community must strongly condemn Azerbaijan's behavior against the civilian population. Furthermore, Russia, which is playing with the reputation of its peacekeepers and leaving them without gas, must draw clear conclusions in the context of the recent 43-point 'allied' agreement signed with Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan is actually working against itself, as it is doing everything to prove to the international community that it can never respect or, even more so, ensure even the most basic rights of the population in Artsakh.”
