Biden: Putin is 'Backed Against the Wall'

US President Joe Biden held a roundtable with business representatives and stated that according to his information, Russia has indeed used hypersonic missiles against Ukraine, reports CNN correspondent.

Reuters also reports that Biden mentioned Putin is 'backed against the wall,' and there are 'clear signs' that he is considering the use of both chemical and biological weapons in Ukraine.

"He did not anticipate the extent and strength of our unity, and the more his back is against the wall, the more brutal the tactics he may use will become," said the White House leader. Biden noted that the US has spent $2 billion on strengthening NATO and has provided substantial military resources to Ukraine, which are 'devastating Russian forces, whether it is their tanks, helicopters, or aircraft.'
