Why Did the Azerbaijani Side Take on the Repairs of Its Own Blown-Up Gas Pipeline? Senor Hasratyan

Three rhetorical questions after the restoration of the gas pipeline entering Artsakh. This was stated by the former spokesperson of the Artsakh Defense Army, Senor Hasratyan, on his Facebook page.

“First, why did the Azerbaijani side take on the repairs of its own gas pipeline that it blew up, rather than 'Artsakhgaz' (or at least, was there no provision for its participation in that work)? Secondly, was there any valve installed at any section of the gas pipeline entering Artsakh from Armenia prior to the explosion, which could have been used to block the flow of gas into the Armenian Republic in case of need? And thirdly, is it possible that by 'organizing the explosion,' the Azerbaijani side not only aimed to create 'inconveniences' for the people of Artsakh in a long-term regime but also used this pretext to place a BLOCK on the gas pipeline entering Artsakh and used it as a 'whip' in its future anti-Armenian actions... I believe we will get the most accurate answers to these questions not far in the future,” he wrote.
