Trump Accuses Biden of Not Halting Bloodshed in Ukraine

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has accused his successor Joe Biden of failing to stop the bloodshed in Ukraine due to fear of Russia's nuclear capabilities, reports RIA Novosti. Trump, who recently referred to the Russian authorities' decision to recognize the independence of the LPR and DPR as 'brilliant', joined the criticism of the Russian military operation in Ukraine.

"What is happening there is a disaster... We need to stop this madness," he said while speaking at a rally for his supporters in Florida. "Biden says, 'We shouldn't attack, this is a nuclear power. We shouldn't be doing this... He is so afraid, so afraid."

Additionally, Trump stated that if he were president, there would be no conflict in Ukraine. "If I were your president, this would never happen... We talked a lot, and he (Russian President Vladimir Putin) would never do this. He saw (Washington's weakness), saw things he never saw in our country before," the former president said.

He also took credit for initiating arms supplies to Ukraine. "I sent them Javelins a long time ago (Javelin anti-tank missile systems – ed.)... I sent them hundreds and hundreds of Javelins, while Obama and Biden (former President and Vice President of the United States, respectively – ed.) sent them blankets," Trump remarked.
