This was stated by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in an interview. He pointed out that discussions about Putin's illness are a "fabrication, nonsense."

Lukashenko emphasized that Putin is very adequate, "in shape" as never before, and carries out his functions according to the new Constitution, according to which presidential powers are reduced.

"He is physically healthy, a sportsman. Therefore, all these discussions are aimed at undermining the confidence in the president inside the Russian Federation, but it won’t work," he said.
