Security Council Meeting Held in Artsakh
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, convened a meeting of the Security Council on March 19.
Issues related to overcoming the internal and external challenges facing the Republic were discussed. The country's leader provided a number of directives to the heads of state departments regarding short-term and long-term actions.
