Johnson Opposes Engaging with Putin
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson believes that attempting to normalize relations with Russian President Vladimir Putin after military operations in Ukraine would be a mistake.
“Trying to reset relations with Putin after this, as we did in 2014, would mean making the same mistake again,” Johnson stated at a Conservative Party conference, as quoted by RIA Novosti.
The Prime Minister has also declared that calls from some politicians to “accommodate tyranny” are deeply misguided.
