Armenian Foreign Ministry Condemns UN Action

On March 19, the acting permanent coordinator of the United Nations in Armenia, Lila Peters Yahya, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

During the meeting, the acting permanent coordinator of the UN was informed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the involvement of the UN office in Azerbaijan in the event organized on March 18 in Shushi, and in this regard, a protest note was presented by the ministry.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has demanded that the United Nations take steps to restore its neutral position in the context of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
