Wildberries Launches Internal Investigation
Wildberries has initiated an internal investigation following a wave of complaints from users regarding issues with its service, the company reports.
On Monday and Tuesday, customers of the online retail store expressed widespread grievances about problems with the app and the website's functionality.
“The company has started an internal investigation concerning the incident that occurred on March 14, 2022. The incident led to the detection of errors in mobile applications and website operations,” stated Wildberries in its message.
The company also clarified that the materials from the investigation would be forwarded to law enforcement agencies. It is noteworthy that there are still ongoing disruptions in the mobile application at this time.
