Putin's New Statement: 'The Russian People Can Distinguish Patriots from Traitors'

The Russian people will be able to distinguish patriots from traitors, and this kind of purification in society will only strengthen the country, said Russian President Vladimir Putin, as reported by TASS.

“Any nation, especially the Russian people, will always be able to differentiate true patriots from traitors, and simply spit them out as if they were a fly that accidentally landed in one’s mouth. I am convinced that the natural and necessary self-purification of society will only strengthen our country, our solidarity, our unity, and our readiness to respond to any challenges,” said Putin.

According to the Russian President, Russia understands the resources that the “empire of lies” represented by the West possesses, but that empire is powerless against truth and justice.

“Moscow will consistently continue to express its position to the whole world, and our position is open and sincere,” he added.
