It Is Still Early to Publish Any Agreement, Peskov on Normalizing Relations with Ukraine

Member of the Ukrainian delegation in negotiations with Russia, Podolyak, has stated that documents are being prepared for possible direct talks between Zelensky and Putin. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

Kremlin spokesperson Peskov also commented on the prospects of a meeting between the two presidents in an interview with the news outlet. He noted that the presidents can and should meet not to discuss, but to formalize agreements.

Earlier, the Financial Times, citing its sources, reported that Russia and Ukraine had prepared a plan that includes a ceasefire regime and troop withdrawal with conditions of Kyiv's neutrality and a reduction in the number of Ukrainian forces.

Peskov also addressed this topic, stating that "it is still early to publish any agreement."
