Armenia Responds to Azerbaijan's Proposals

The Republic of Armenia has responded to the proposals forwarded by the Republic of Azerbaijan and has appealed to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs to organize negotiations with the aim of concluding a peace treaty between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan based on the UN Charter, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the Helsinki Final Act.
