Podolyak: We Have Approached a Compromise Option in Negotiations with Russia
Mikhail Podolyak, an advisor to the Ukrainian President, has announced that progress towards a compromise option has been made in negotiations with Russia. He made this statement in an interview with the newspaper Kommiersant.
According to Podolyak, Moscow has altered its perceptions regarding the conflict. The Ukrainian representative noted that both sides are discussing various proposals. "There are many, dozens of them," he said, adding that these relate to a ceasefire and the withdrawal of Russian troops.
He informed that once the final version of the document is ready, a meeting will be held for it to be signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
