How Genocide Policies and Ethnic Cleansing Manifest: Tatoyan
The actions of the Azerbaijani authorities towards Artsakh constitute a calculated policy.
1. Since March 8, they have deliberately damaged the gas pipeline and obstructed its repair.
2. They have intentionally deprived over 100,000 peaceful residents, including hospitals, schools, kindergartens, children, and the elderly, of gas, heating, and hot water, even in conditions of -5 degrees Celsius, creating a humanitarian disaster and massive violations of human rights.
3. They are firing on Kharamort, Karmir Shuka, and other villages, targeting people and their homes, as well as schools, using both small and large-caliber weapons, and firing with precision.
4. Heavy military equipment, including tanks, has been amassed near Artsakh's villages, and they are doing this overtly.
5. From their military positions, they are threatening the peaceful population in Armenian, using loudspeakers to intimidate them into leaving their native lands.
6. All of this is not disconnected acts but rather components of a unified political strategy—a policy of hatred and hostility based on ethnic and religious foundations.
How else does genocidal policy and ethnic cleansing unfold? It is a typical criminal behavior that is internationally condemnable.
Moreover, these reports are being sent to international organizations, including these emphases.
