VIDEO: Gas Supply in Artsakh Cut Off for the Third Day, International Attention
For the third consecutive day, residents of the unrecognized Republic of Artsakh are without gas, which is supplied from Armenia. Following the 44-day war, the damaged section of the gas pipeline remains under Azerbaijani control. The situation is heading towards a humanitarian disaster (even bread factories that operate on natural gas have halted production), yet the Azerbaijani side is not allowing restoration works to take place. Russian peacekeepers are negotiating with them.
