Video: Over 300 Tons of Humanitarian Aid Sent to Ukraine and Donbas from Russia in Two Days
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has delivered more than 330 tons of food and essential items to residents of Donbas and Ukraine within two days. This information was reported by the ministry’s press service.
“Using 42 units of equipment from the Don and Noginsk rescue centers, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations delivered over 330 tons of humanitarian aid in three columns on March 11 and 12 to the regions of Ukraine and Donbas, where the situation is particularly severe,” the message states.
It is noted that the collection of aid is carried out daily in the Belgorod and Rostov regions, as well as in the Republic of Crimea. The ministry indicated that the transportation of the goods is conducted in accordance with international legislation governing humanitarian assistance. According to the agency, the safe passage of the convoys is ensured with the support of the Russian Ministry of Defense and the National Guard.
