Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center Issues Warning of Negative Temperatures
The Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center has issued a statement on its Facebook page, stating: "Considering the drastic drop in air temperatures expected from March 13-20, and the forecasted negative temperatures during the night, we especially urge farmers in the Ararat Valley not to conduct outdoor agricultural work."
