Negotiations Underway to Address Gas Pipeline Accident

This night, the gas pipeline connecting Armenia to Artsakh was damaged. The incident occurred near an Azerbaijani position. The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Artsakh reports that negotiations are underway, mediated by the Russian peacekeeping mission, to address the possibility of repairing the gas pipeline.
