What now: Bombs, artillery, or missiles against Odesa? Zelensky
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has addressed the nation in a video message, stating that a potential bombing of Odesa could become a new military and historical crime by the Russian Federation. This was reported by Ukrainska Pravda.
Zelensky emphasized that “Ukraine maintains its civilized stance even against an aggressor that acts insidiously like a terrorist, violating the rules of war.”
“Regardless of everything, our missiles do not target Russia or Belarusian civilian sites in response. We do not strike peaceful people or peaceful cities: Zhytomyr, Korosten, Ovruch, the outskirts of Kyiv, southern cities,” Zelensky stated, adding that Russia is preparing to bomb Odesa.
“They are planning to bomb Odesa. The Russians have always come to Odesa. We have always felt only warmth in Odesa. Only sincerity. So what now? Bombs, artillery, or missiles against Odesa?” Zelensky noted in his video message.
