Russia to Respond to Western Sanctions Within Two Days
The government of the Russian Federation is set to compile a list of countries that have engaged in unfriendly actions towards Russian companies and citizens within two days. This was announced following a decree signed by President Vladimir Putin on the official Kremlin website.
“The government of the Russian Federation is to determine, within a two-day period, the list of foreign states that have committed unfriendly actions against the Russian Federation, Russian legal entities, and individuals,” the decision states.
Additionally, Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on the “Temporary Procedure for the Fulfillment of Obligations to Certain Foreign Creditors.”
It is worth recalling that starting from February 21, when Vladimir Putin announced the decision to recognize the LPR and DPR, the United States, the European Union, and many Western countries began a series of sanctions against Russia.
