Chechen Leader Proposes to Zelensky to Transfer Power to Yanukovych

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has proposed to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to transfer power to the country's former president Viktor Yanukovych.

“I am addressing you not as a president. According to the law, the president of Ukraine remains Viktor Yanukovych. Just hand over the power to him, the legitimate president, and place your hopes on the benevolence of fate. Perhaps, in that case, there will at least be chances to atone for the sins,” Kadyrov stated.
