Russia Has Yet to Receive Information on the Third Round of Negotiations

The Russian side has not yet received information regarding the timing of the third round of negotiations from Ukraine. This was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference.

“We have not received any new timelines. As our Ukrainian counterparts were informed, we were ready to hold the third round as early as last night,” Lavrov stated.

He noted that the situation regarding the prospects of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine seems unusual, as the Ukrainian side is constantly seeking reasons to delay the next meeting.

“It seems that everyone is interested in reaching an agreement as quickly as possible regarding the resolution of the situation. However, on the other hand, it appears that the most interested party—the Ukrainians—are constantly concocting some pretext to postpone the next meeting,” the Foreign Minister said.
