The Mayor of Ukraine, Vitali Klitschko, has delivered a video message. "Dear Kyiv residents, the night in the capital has been relatively calm. The air defense systems have been activated several times. The city is currently under martial law. Grocery stores are operational. I appeal to private pharmacy owners: please open if you can. It's very important because people are standing in line for hours to get medications. We remind you that the Northern and Darnytsky bridges are open for communication between the left and right banks. However, if it's not absolutely necessary, please refrain from moving around the city," Klitschko stated.
