VIDEO: Handshake Between Russian and Ukrainian Delegations
The members of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations have initiated negotiations with a handshake.
As previously reported, the head of Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that Kyiv will not make concessions regarding territorial integrity issues in negotiations with Russia.
